The Rust Resources team is expert in finding the contract that suits you, which is what both our clients and our consultants have come to expect. Our expertise has been gained over the years by listening and learning about the roles we are asked to fill and by undertaking site visits to underpin that knowledge. Once you have been contracted by the client, we take on the responsibility for arranging flights, meet and greet, accommodation, assisting with visa applications and putting in place appropriate insurances. We make sure that when you arrive to start work, all you have to do is concentrate on the job in hand.

 

And it doesn’t end there. Rust keeps in contact with you and the client making sure both parties are happy with the working relationship. Our payroll team will have all the information they need in respect of local taxation and will pay you promptly by the 10th of the month for the previous month.  We will arrange any home-leave flights that you want, travel for your family to visit you including assistance with visas where required.

 

Any problems, and the Rust team springs into action! Whether they are work related issues or personal, if there is anything we can do to assist - we will.
