We will keep Personal Data that you supply to us which may be provided on your CV, certifications or other documentation provided which will be used in relation to recruitment services or applications to vacancies that we advertise.

We maintain copies of correspondence that you send us through our web site, emails, SMS and other means of communications.
We may also ask you to compete surveys that we use for research or customer service purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

If you have registered with us or provided your information to us and asked us to assist find a suitable role for you a copy of your CV, all the data contained within it will be stored on our database. We will use this information to identify suitable work in relation to vacancies that we are managing for our clients. We may pass your information on to our clients in relation to a vacancy. In the event that you are placed on an assignment with one of our clients we are required to manage your contract compliantly in relation to global legislation and regulations. We may request additional personal data and documents some of which may include Sensitive Data. All necessary precautions will be made to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may need to share your personal information where it is necessary to undertake the working relationship we have or where we have a legitimate reason to do so. We also may need to share your personal information to third parties where we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to carry out our legal obligations.
